Just when developers thought they understood Win32 along comes Windows CE. This
lightweight version of the Win32 operating system is designed for consumer products
ranging from hand held PDA's and sub notebooks to cellphones and car audio components.
With this new OS comes a new set of programming issues. We also port Win32 and
UNIX code to the WinCE platform.

We also provided UNIX to Win32 porting services. Some of our ports have been released
to the public such as the Win32 port of the GDBM database library.
Our port of this library has given Win32 Perl users the ability to finally utilize
the GDBM_File Perl extension on Win32 platforms. We have also ported the popular Gif
graphic library GD to Win32.

With the World Wide Web as ubiquitous as it is the need for ISAPI development has grown
by leaps and bounds. For many webmasters the Information Service API (ISAPI) holds the
key for extremely fast and efficient processing of web based forms and such. ISAPI
filters and applications are much faster than CGI based scripts and have greater
control over the entire information serving process.
